Welcome to Villa Nina, a stylish holiday apartment resort with pool situated on the Adriatic coast. 

The apartments are located 100 m from a beautiful serviced beach, with children play areas, sport facilities, 200 m from the historical town centre of Fažana with restaurants, bars, shops and many amenities. Fažana is the starting point for visiting the famous Brijuni National Park islands.

The resort consists of 3 adjacent buildings with 24 apartments of various sizes and layouts equipped with modern furnishings and appliances. All apartments have a kitchen and most of them have a balcony or terrace. We also offer a few comfortable double rooms. 

All rooms and apartments air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, flat screen SAT-TV, a safe, a fridge or mini-fridge.

Free wifi is available throughout the resort. Guests have at their disposal a free self service laundry, a bicycles for adults and children are available for hire.

We offer free private parking  to maximise your comfort and peace of mind.

There are free sunbeds and parasols at the pool area, a playhouse and a little pool in the shade for children. You can enjoy your culinary creations at the BBQ and outdoor dining area.
